3. Refund Policy (The "Clarity" Guarantee): We stand by our product. If you implement the system and do not feel more organized and in control of your business within 14 days of your purchase date, please contact us at hello@theninjasolution.com for a full refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage License: Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable license to use "The Solopreneur's Launchpad" for your personal or internal business use. You may not share, resell, distribute, or reproduce this product in any form. All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with The Ninja Solution.
